This is a great opportunity for a nurse who thrives in a collaborative surgical environment and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care.

What You’ll Do

  • Closely monitor patients following surgery, including vital signs, airway status, pain, and overall response to anesthesia.
  • Recognize changes in patient condition and respond quickly and appropriately to potential complications.
  • Administer medications and implement pain and symptom management interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and clinical team members to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity throughout recovery.
  • Educate and reassure patients and families, helping them understand the recovery process and discharge instructions.
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation while protecting patient privacy and confidentiality.
  • Support patient safety, quality standards, and an efficient flow of care in a fast-paced surgical environment.

What You’ll Bring

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
  • Clinical experience in PACU, perioperative, critical care, emergency, or other relevant acute-care nursing setting, as required by the facility.
  • Knowledge of post-anesthesia assessment, surgical patient care, pain management, and emergency response.
  • Ability to recognize and respond effectively to changes in patient condition.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining patient privacy and dignity.

Why Join Us?

Join a collaborative surgical team where your clinical expertise makes a direct impact on the patient experience.
