• You hold an active Virginia Nurse Practitioner license or are eligible to obtain one

• You have strong independent clinical decision-making skills
• You value clinical autonomy and collaborative, team-based care

Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly compensation: $65–$76
• Estimated annual compensation: $135,200–$158,080 based on 40 hours per week
