Position Overview

We are seeking caring and dependable CNAs, LPNs, and RNs to support a pediatric client in Triumph, Illinois. Responsibilities will vary based on the employee’s license and scope of practice.

CNA Responsibilities

The CNA will provide assistance with activities of daily living, also known as ADLs, according to the client’s care plan. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene

• Providing toileting and incontinence care

• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and repositioning

• Supporting meals and other daily routines

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

• Observing and reporting changes or concerns to the nursing or clinical team

The CNA position does not include skilled nursing care, medication administration, assessments, or other duties that require a nursing license.

LPN and RN Responsibilities

LPNs and RNs will provide skilled nursing care within their license and scope of practice, including:

• Providing nursing care according to the individualized plan of care

• Monitoring the client’s condition, vital signs, and response to care

• Administering prescribed medications and treatments

• Completing required clinical documentation

• Communicating changes or concerns to the clinical team

• Educating and supporting the client’s family

• Coordinating with physicians, therapists, and other members of the care team

• Providing compassionate, age-appropriate care in the home

Qualifications

CNA Applicants

• Active Illinois CNA certification

• Compassionate and dependable

• Comfortable assisting with activities of daily living

• Pediatric or home care experience is preferred but not required

LPN and RN Applicants

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Active Illinois LPN or RN license

• Ability to provide skilled nursing care within the assigned scope of practice

• New graduates are welcome—comprehensive training is provided
