Personal Care Aide

We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Aide who is fluent in Arabic or Lebanese to provide exceptional care and support to our clients in Dearborn, MI. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities and ensure a safe and comfortable environment tailored to the cultural and linguistic needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Assist with medication reminders
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment
• Communicate effectively with clients and family members in Arabic or Lebanese
• Report any changes in client health or behavior to supervisors

Requirements

• FLUENCY IN ARABIC OR LEBANESE IS REQUIRED
• Previous experience in personal care or caregiving is a plus
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation plus
