Personal Care Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aides to provide exceptional in-home care to our clients in Dearborn Heights, MI. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities to help them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
• Provide mobility support and help with exercises as directed
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Help with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment
• Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to supervisors
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members

Requirements

• Prior experience in personal care or home health aide role is a plus
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be able to pass background checks
• Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
