About the Role:

The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) role in North Grosvenordale / Thompson, CT, is centered on providing compassionate and individualized support to clients who require assistance with daily living activities. This position plays a critical role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals by promoting independence, dignity, and comfort within their own homes. Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment.
