On-Call Caregiver (CNA) -- Guaranteed Hours

We're looking for an experienced, compassionate CNA to join our team as an On-Call Caregiver.

This position offers guaranteed hours and the opportunity to provide meaningful support to seniors in their homes and care facilities.

Schedule

• Guaranteed 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Week 1- 3 shifts (Mon-Fri)
  • Week 2 – 4 shifts (2 Mon-Fri and 2 Sat-Sun)

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, and companionship
• Provide support for clients ranging from companion care to total care and end-of-life care
• Perform light housekeeping and medication reminders
• Transport clients to appointments as needed
• Work with clients who have dementia, Parkinson's disease, and other care needs
• Respond to on-call scheduling needs, including short-notice assignments

Qualifications

• Current CNA license required
• Minimum 3 years of caregiving experience
• Experience with Hoyer lifts and gait belts
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
• Comfortable working with pets in the home
• Willing to work with both male and female clients
• Flexible, dependable, and team-oriented
