Description

HealthPartners is looking for Sleep Medicine APC to join our Pulmonary team. Being a part of our team means you will have an impact on the care that our patients receive every day.

As a Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires a current unrestricted medical license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Required Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
  • If a Physician Assistant:
    • Current registration to practice as a Physician Assistant in Minnesota plus current national certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant & Approved by Minnesota Board of Medical Practice for prescription writing privileges (verified during credentialing process)
  • If a Nurse Practitioner:
    • Currently licensed as a APRN by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
    • Currently licensed as a RN by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
    • AANP certification
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and DEA certification (verified during credentialing process

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as an independently practicing APP
  • 1-2 years previous Sleep Medicine experience

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Sleep Medicine (1.0 FTE)

  • Monday: 8a - 5p (HealthPartners Specialty Center - 401 Phalen)

  • Tuesday: 8a - 5p (HealthPartners Specialty Center - 401 Phalen) 

  • Wednesday: 8a - 5p (HealthPartners Specialty Center - 401 Phalen)

  • Thursday: 8a - 5p (HealthPartners Specialty Center - 401 Phalen)

  • Friday: 8a - 5p (Virtual Visits)

  • Saturday: OFF

  • Sunday: OFF
