Permanent Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)

Seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) for a full-time opportunity with a well-established Level III NICU.
Position Highlights:

• Full-time permanent position.
• 16-bed Level III NICU.
• Approximately 320 NICU admissions and 1,900 births annually.
• Average daily census of 10.
• Work alongside neonatologists and experienced NNPs.
• Coverage includes Level III NICU and newborn nursery.
• Approximately 20 hours/day of NNP shift coverage.
• Daytime in-house neonatologist coverage and nighttime home call.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree and/or Doctorate in Nursing.
• Board-Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) — other NP certifications are not accepted.
• Active North Carolina APRN license or willingness to obtain.
• 2+ years of current NNP experience (RN experience does not count).
• Current NPDB Self-Query Report dated within 30 days at submission.
• DEA required prior to start.
• Provider clearance required before onboarding.
