Nurse Practitioner- Murray Gastroenterology- Full Time- $10,000 Sign On Bonus

The APRN Promotes and maintains health by providing medical services under the supervision of a physician and within the scope of their respective licensure Board.

Required Licenses and Certifications:

• Registered with Kentucky Board of Nursing as APRN - in good standing 
• CPR certification required

Minimum Education:

• Graduate of an accredited APRN Program

Minimum Work Experience:

• Prior experience in ENT setting required
