Role Highlights

As a Live In CNA or PCA with Right at Home North Atlanta, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Provide personalized care and support to seniors and vulnerable adults in their homes

• Deliver a range of services, including companion care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and personal care (such as bathing and dressing)

• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families, making a genuine difference in their lives

• Work 1:1 with a client and live in the clients home for multiple days during the week. Room and board will be provided during days working.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support to clients, in accordance with their individual needs and care plans

• Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, promoting trust and open communication

• Collaborate with the care team to identify and address client needs, and make recommendations for care plan adjustments as needed

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and communication

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry standards

• Must have a strong knowledge of Hoyer
