- BLS Certification
- Charge experience preferred
- Patient ratio: 1:20
- Charting: Point Click Care
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Oversee and coordinate patient care activities within the nursing unit.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
- Provide leadership and support to nursing staff.
- Monitor patient progress and advocate for necessary changes in care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
