Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care according to established nursing standards and facility policies

Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians

Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff and physicians

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and comprehensive care
