Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Overview

We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled home health care to adult and geriatric medical/surgical patients throughout Vigo, Parke, and Vermillion Counties. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Requirements for the Home Health RN:

• Current RN license in Indiana
• At least 3 years of experience caring for adult or geriatric patients
• U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
• Comfortable traveling between patients’ homes throughout the coverage area (Vigo, Parke, and Vermillion Counties)
