Job Title: Home Health Aide (HHA)
Location: Liberty Township, OH (near Cincinnati)
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
Schedule: 10:30 AM–10:30 PM, flexible days

Position Summary:
A supportive home care team near Cincinnati is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide person-centered care to a homebound client in Liberty Township. In this role, you will assist with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care, working alongside an RN for transfer and shower assistance. With full-time and part-time options and flexible days, this is a great opportunity for both new graduates and experienced caregivers to make a meaningful difference in a client’s quality of life.

Position Offers:

• Competitive pay of $18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Full-time or part-time scheduling with flexible days
• RN support available to assist with transfers and showers
• HIPAA-compliant work phone provided

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including cooking, cleaning, hygiene, and laundry
• Provide mobility support for a wheelchair-bound client, including transfer assistance in coordination with the RN
• Take and record vital signs
• Provide medication reminders as permitted by Ohio state law
• Maintain a safe, clean, and allergen-free home environment
• Promptly report any changes in the client’s condition to the nurse or case manager

Qualifications:

• Current STNA or CNA certification in Ohio
• New graduates and experienced caregivers welcome to apply
• Experience with homebound clients or chronic illness care preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Dependable and available for assigned shifts, including a weekend rotation
