Home Health Aide

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our healthcare team, providing essential support and care to individuals in the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients

- Monitor and report changes in patients’ health status to healthcare professionals

- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed

- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation to ensure a safe and comfortable environment

- Follow care plans and adhere to all safety and health regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid certification as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred

- Prior experience in home health care or a related field is advantageous

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude

- Ability to work independently and follow detailed care instructions

- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license may be required
