Your day as a caregiver

• Light housekeeping: vacuuming, mopping, emptying trash, changing bed linens

• Assisting with laundry and ironing

• Medication reminders

• Basic meal preparation

• Grocery shopping and running errands as needed

• Providing companionship and conversation
