Position Details: Primary Care Physician

• Location: San Jose, CA.
• Setting: Outpatient.
• Contract Length: 1yr.
• Shift: Days, 40 hrs per week.

1099 Compensation:

• Weekly Pay: $110-$115/HR.
• Malpractice Insurance Covered.

Requirements:

• Must have an active CA license.
• Correctional experience preferred but not required.
• Valid DEA.
