We’re hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner who wants meaningful community impact, protected administrative time, and a predictable outpatient schedule.

You’ll step into an outpatient role providing comprehensive primary care across the lifespan. You’ll manage preventive, acute, and chronic care while working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment focused on serving the community.

• 32 patient-facing hours plus 8 protected administrative hours weekly
• Minimum workload of 2 patients per clinical hour
• Limited call, approximately one weekend every 8 weeks, with additional stipend

What makes you a great fit
• You are an ANCC- or AANP-certified Family Nurse Practitioner or a new graduate on the certification pathway
• You hold or can obtain Massachusetts NP licensure
• You’re comfortable providing primary care across the lifespan
• You value continuity, prevention, and team-based care
• Experienced FNPs and new graduates are welcome

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $104,500–$125,000
