BrightStar Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one care for a client in Pepper Pike. Location & Schedule

• Location: North Ridgeville, OH – Westside Cuyahoga
• Position: HHA – Personal Care
• Thursday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

$16–$21 per hour

Responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Assist with mobility and transfers
Provide personal care, bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance
Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
Perform light housekeeping and laundry
Provide companionship and emotional support
Observe and report changes in client condition
Follow the client's individualized plan of care

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
At least one year of caregiving or direct care experience preferred
HHA, STNA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant training preferred
Current CPR certification
Negative TB test or chest X-ray
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and maintain client confidentiality
