We are looking for a DFM engineer who will focus on flexible printed circuits assembly manufacturing process setup, quality control and continuous improvements. - Acts as project leader leads all aspects of a variety of projects, work with factories and manage on technical and quality.\\n\\n- Collaboration with upstream and downstream on design, process, quality, specifications and issues.\\n\\n- Plans, develops and implements technical procedures for Flexible Printed Circuit Assembly (FPCA) manufacturing process\u0026quality requirements.\\n\\n- Provides early manufacturing involvement to ensure new products is manufacturable. Perform design, manufacturing process, quality review, identify design and manufacturing risks, provide design and process solutions during New Product Introduction (NPI) to mass production(MP), and handle the implementations and qualification.\\n\\n- Establish guidelines, Standard Operating Procedure \u0026 Best Known Method for manufacturing process \u0026 quality control.\\n\\n- Support projects in different regions, manage NPI projects and builds, improve quality and efficiency, to ensure seamless transition to MP.\\n

Bachelor degree In Engineering or Science disciplines\\n\\n3 years process or quality engineering experience in electronic industry.\\n\\nGood English communication, CET-4 or equivalent level, problem solving skills and know about and presentation skills.\\n\\nGood team-player and independent, able to work under fast pace, committed and result orientated.\\n\\nAble to apply process/quality tool similar as: PDCA, CPK, SPC, FMEA and etc.\\n

Master degree or MBA a plus\\n\\n5~10 years of engineering/ design/manufacturing/NPI/engineering program management and quality or supplier management in relevant fields, SMT and assembly experience and managerial experience will be preferred.\\n\\nFamiliar with quality control tools, 6 sigma green belt or above. Know about reliability test, failure analysis methodology and tools like SEM/EDX/XPS, etc. Familiar with data analysis tools like JMP, MiniTab, etc.\\n\\nResolve hot issues, able to relocate and onsite support critical NPI/sustaining projects as vitally.\\n\\nWork with multiple functional groups, demonstrated strong leadership and problem solving skills.\\n\\nPassionate , highly independent, good discipline, responsible and trust worthy. \\n\\nExperience of coding like Python, Tableau…, smart manufacturing, digital transformation or Artificial intelligence/Machine learning is an advantage.
