About the role
Seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long-Term Care (LTC) for a 6-week contract to provide direct resident care in a long-term care setting. The CNA will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor changes in condition, and work closely with the nursing team to ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centered care. Candidates must be flexible to work a rotating schedule, including every other weekend, with an ASAP start.
Requirements:
Current CNA certification required
Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
BLS certification preferred
Ability to work a rotating schedule with every other weekend required
Strong communication, teamwork, and observation skills
Ability to assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach to care
ASAP availability preferred
