CNA - Enhanced Living

As a CNA, you will:  

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment. 
• Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities. 
• Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols. 
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care. 

Open Shifts Available: 

• Day shift (1st) - 6:00a-2:30p - Full time
• Evening shift (2nd) - 2:00p-10:30p - Full time

Qualifications: 

• State of Iowa CNA license preferred*
• Previous LTC or AL experience is preferred but not required  

*If you do not have your CNA cert./license, no worries! We offer an accelerated course as part of WesleyLife's continuous development program!
