Are you a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking for a rewarding career where you can make a meaningful difference every day? Freedom Home Care is seeking dependable, caring CNAs to provide one-on-one, in-home care for seniors and individuals who wish to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Pay: $18.00–$21.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Afternoons
Evenings
Weekend Rotation is required
Part-Time with opportunities to grow into a Full-Time position

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety needs
Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping and laundry
Provide medication reminders
Complete accurate care documentation
Observe and report changes in client condition
Follow each client's individualized care plan

Requirements

Current Minnesota CNA certification or previous CNA certification with related caregiving experience
Valid driver's license
Reliable vehicle and up-to-date auto insurance
Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study
Ability to complete all required onboarding requirements
Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
