About the role

Description

Personal Care CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)

Rocky Mountain Care

Bring comfort, dignity, and independence to those who need it most.

Our Mission

At Rocky Mountain Care, we believe that quality care starts with compassion. Our mission is to help individuals live with dignity, comfort, and as much independence as possible — whether they’re recovering from illness, managing a chronic condition, or simply needing a helping hand with daily life. We treat every client like family, and every day is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

The Impact You'll Make

As a Personal Care CNA, you’ll be a trusted companion and essential support for clients in their homes or care settings. Your care will help them feel safe, respected, and empowered to live life on their terms. From assisting with daily routines to offering a friendly smile, you’ll be the reason someone’s day is brighter.

What You'll Do

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) — including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
  • Support mobility, positioning, and safe transfers.
  • Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation as needed.
  • Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
  • Monitor and report changes in client condition to the care team.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care provided.
  • Follow each client’s personalized care plan with attention and empathy.

  • A caring, patient, and respectful approach to working with clients of all ages.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Reliability, integrity, and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to client locations.

Why You'll Love It Here

  • Flexible scheduling to fit your life.
  • Competitive pay and mileage reimbursement.
  • Paid training and opportunities for career growth.
  • The chance to make a real difference in someone’s quality of life every day.

We are an equal opportunity employer and celebrate diversity in all its forms.
