**Exciting Opportunity for LTC CNA!** **Join a dynamic team and make a difference in the lives of residents!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** CNA / Nurse Assistant - **Specialty:** Long Term Care (LTC) - **Start Date:** ASAP - **Shifts:** 3x12 Variable Shift (specific shift determined closer to start date) - **Experience Required:** Minimum of 6 months in Long Term Care - **Certifications Required:** BLS - **On-Call Requirement:** No - **Floating:** Yes, within scope to meet facility needs - **Block Schedule:** No - **Local Candidates:** Not accepted (must reside 50 miles or more from facility) - **Previous Employment:** Must be separated for at least 3 months if worked as Permanent Staff for any related facility - **License Requirement:** Must have AK CNA license in hand; pending licenses not accepted - **Time Off:** Approved on an individual basis upon offer - **Guaranteed Hours:** 60 hours per 2 weeks (may be called off for 1, 8-hour shift per 2 weeks) **Housing/Vehicle Information:** - Housing provided by the facility in typically 1-bedroom apartments - Move-in allowed no earlier than 72 hours before and no later than 24 hours after contract ends - Pets: Not allowed - Housing accommodates only the traveler (additional family members require approval) - Cleaning required upon departure to avoid additional fees - Company-arranged vehicle provided during assignment - Vehicle available no earlier than 72 hours before and no later than 24 hours after contract ends - Only the traveler may operate the vehicle - Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required prior to operation - Personal vehicle insurance must cover rental car damages - Vehicle use restricted to “around town” within a 30-mile radius of the facility - Must return vehicle during time off and will receive a new one upon return - Tire chains available at additional cost - Vehicle must be cleaned and returned with a full tank of gas **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
