**Join Our Team as a Compassionate CNA!** **Job Description:** - Start Date: ASAP - Shift: 3x12 Variable Shift (exact schedule to be determined based on facility needs) - Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in Long Term Care (LTC) - Certification Required: BLS - First-Time Travelers: Not accepted - Float Requirement: Yes, within scope to meet facility needs - Block Schedule Flexibility: No - Local Candidates: Not accepted (must live at least 50 miles from the facility) - Previous Employment: Must have been separated from any Providence facility for at least 3 months - License Requirement: Must have AK CNA license in hand (pending licenses not accepted) - Time Off Requests: Approved on an individual basis upon offer - Guaranteed Hours: 60 hours per 2 weeks (may be called off for one 8-hour shift per 2 weeks) **Housing and Vehicle Information:** - Facility offers housing and a rental vehicle during the assignment. - Housing: Typically 1-bedroom apartments, available for move-in 72 hours before assignment begins and no longer than 24 hours after contract ends. - Pets: Not allowed. Housing units generally accommodate only the traveler (additional guests require facility approval). - Cleanliness: Housing units must be cleaned upon departure to avoid additional fees. - Vehicle: Shared company-owned vehicles for travel around town. - Vehicle Availability: Same as housing (available 72 hours before and 24 hours after the contract). - Usage Limitation: Vehicle use is restricted to within a 30-mile radius from the facility and should not be taken off-road. - Time Off: If taking time off during the contract, the vehicle must be returned. - Vehicle Return: Clean and with a full tank of gas. - Insurance: Traveler must provide a copy of a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance before operating the vehicle. - Tire Chains: Additional cost billed to the traveler. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
