**Exciting Opportunity for a Certified Nursing Assistant - Night Shift!** **Job Description:** - Are you passionate about providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic environment? - Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on the night shift, where your crucial role will make a positive impact every day! **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver direct patient care with compassion and dedication. - Assist with basic hygienic care, ensuring patients feel comfortable and valued. - Prepare and transport patients safely as directed. - Support patients with Activities of Daily Living (A.D.L), including mobility, feeding, and dressing. - Respond promptly to patient call lights and relay messages to the nursing team. - Record vital signs, height, and weight accurately. - Change linens to maintain a clean and welcoming environment. - Measure and document patient's Intake and Output effectively. - Distribute hydration and nourishment to patients. - Administer sitz baths and hot/cold applications as instructed. - Assist with the admission, discharge, and transfer processes. - Aid patients in managing personal items and belongings. - Ensure personal care items are properly labeled. - Document care provided and report observations to the team. - Maintain a safe and tidy patient environment. - Cooperate with team members to support hospital operations, including stocking, specimen delivery, and chart assembly. - Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** - Must possess a Nursing Assistant Certification in the state of Pennsylvania. - Minimum of 1 year of inpatient acute care experience. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, renewed every two years. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
