**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Med/Surg Days!** **Job Description:** - Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives? Join our passionate healthcare team! - Work Day Shift from 0645-1915 with every other weekend off. - Minimum 1 year of inpatient acute care experience required. **Essential Responsibilities:** - Provide direct patient care with compassion and dedication. - Deliver basic hygienic care, including bathing, oral hygiene, and skin care. - Prepare patients for transport and assist with mobility. - Help patients with activities of daily living (A.D.L), such as feeding and dressing. - Respond promptly to patient call lights and relay messages appropriately. - Take and record vital signs, height, and weight as instructed. - Change linens and manage patient belongings respectfully. - Measure and record Intake and Output accurately. - Distribute water and nourishment to patients. - Administer sitz baths and hot/cold applications as directed. - Assist in the admission, discharge, and transfer processes. - Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients. - Maintain patient call bells and essential items within reach. - Document care provided and report any changes in patient condition. **Collaborative Teamwork:** - Work alongside fellow team members to replenish stock and deliver specimens. - Assist with cleaning instruments and other related tasks. - Answer phone calls and relay messages efficiently. - Embrace flexibility and be prepared to perform additional duties as assigned. **Non-Essential Responsibilities:** - Participate in various related duties as necessary. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
