**Exciting Opportunity for CNA in Long Term Care!** - **Location:** Alaska - **Experience Required:** Previous travel experience as a CNA - **License Information:** - AK CNA license can be pending; must have submitted application - Documentation of application submission required - Valid CNA license in another state - Proof of formal CNA training program completion (certificate or transcript) - **Start Date:** ASAP - **Shift Options:** - 4x12 Variable (your choice of day or night) - Not required to rotate between shifts (occasional exceptions may apply) - **Assignment Duration:** Traveler's choice of 26 or 13 weeks - **Patient Ratios:** 1:20 - **Experience Level:** Minimum 1 year - **Certifications Required:** BLS - **Food Worker Certification:** Obtain on-site during orientation (One-time fee of $10) - **Facility Type:** Long Term Care - **Total Staffed Beds:** 40 - **Charting System:** ECS - **Parking:** Free for staff - **Vehicle Information:** - Vehicle provided for local use during assignment - Must have valid driver’s license and insurance to operate - Vehicle usage restrictions: no off-road or outside 30-mile radius - Vehicle must be returned clean and with a full tank - **Time Off:** - No more than 2 weeks of RTO for a 26-week contract - Preference for working holidays - RTO must be submitted with application - **Guaranteed Hours:** 72 hours per 2 weeks (possible call-offs for 1 shift per 2 weeks) **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
