**Join Our Team as a Night CNA and Make a Difference!** **Job Description:** - Are you a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking to impact residents' lives in a significant way? - As a CNA, you will have the rewarding opportunity to assist residents with their daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. **Your Responsibilities:** - Help residents with personal care tasks such as bathing and dressing. - Take vital signs and monitor resident health conditions. - Collect valuable information regarding residents' treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, and providers. - Respond to resident calls promptly and courteously. - Observe residents for any changes in skin integrity and overall condition. - Turn and reposition residents to prevent discomfort and maintain their health. - Safely transfer residents to beds, chairs, or wheelchairs as needed. - Maintain a clean and organized care area by changing sheets and restocking supplies. **Qualifications:** - Current California License as a Certified Nursing Assistant - Current CPR Certification **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** - Ability to work effectively under pressure while building positive relationships with residents, their families, and long-term care staff. - Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension) to understand, plan, and execute resident care plans and activities of daily living (ADLs). **Shift Information:** - Weekdays, nights (3, 12-hour shifts) **Minimum Years of Experience:** - 1 year of relevant experience preferred **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
