FACILITY LOCATED IN NORTHRIDGE (SAN FERNANDO VALLEY) Certified Nursing Assistant Full-time DAY shift; 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM 2 week set schedule - see below 12-hour shifts (every shift includes 4 hours of overtime pay) Salary range: $18.50-$21.00 per hour, based on experience  Blended salary range (8 hours base pay + 4 hours overtime pay): $21.58-$24.50 per hour  Benefits package available for full-time employees (medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, HSA/FSA accounts and more) Set Schedule Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday Repeat Northridge, CA NeuroRestorative facility located on Texhoma Ave. CLHF (Congregate Living Health Facility) 6-bed facility Low patient ratios On demand pay via Dayforce Wallet We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant who is kind, hardworking and dedicated to helping us provide compassionate, gentle care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an inpatient or long-term care facility and is capable of providing Activities of Daily Living such as helping patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and recreational activities, as well as documenting care and taking vital signs. The successful candidate for this position enjoys working with individuals with special needs and having the opportunity to make a true difference in their lives.   Responsibilities: Provide basic bedside care such as assisting the patient in moving to and from bed and ensuring that the patient's condition is monitored properly with consistent assessments Assist patients with dressing or bathing as directed by the supervising nurse. Observe patients and report changes to the nurse Provide basic support to convalescing patients Assist with mobility exercises and range of motion activities    Qualifications: Completion of CNA certification program AND current California CNA certification One year CNA experience preferred, ideally experience with medically complex patients Current in CPR for Healthcare Provider Ability to effectively communicate with staff, residents, and families A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach   Come join our amazing team of committed and caring professionals.
