Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Day Shift Executive Home Care is hiring a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Day Shift to provide essential one-on-one support to seniors in Omaha, NE.

We specialize in high-quality, non-medical home care for older adults living with dementia and other age-related conditions. As a member of our caregiving team, you’ll help clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

What You’ll Do
  • Companionship and Social Interaction: Provide companionship, conversation, and support with daily routines.
  • Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Assist clients with bathing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs.
  • Meal Preparation and Errands: Prepare meals, assist with light housekeeping, and help with errands and transportation as needed.
  • Medication Reminders and Safe Transfers: Provide medication reminders and assist clients with safe transfers.
  • Health Monitoring and Documentation: Maintain accurate care notes and promptly report changes or concerns.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 20 years old.
  • Active CNA license.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical duties required for caregiving.
  • Ability to follow care plans and collaborate effectively with the care team.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.
  • Smartphone capable of running the WellSky app for timekeeping.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
