Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and other activities of daily living
• Support safe transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility
• Take and accurately document vital signs and routine patient observations
• Watch for changes in patient condition and promptly report concerns to nursing staff
• Assist nurses with routine patient care and clinical support needs
• Keep patient care areas clean, comfortable, and organized
• Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and facility protocols
• Partner with nursing staff to provide compassionate, respectful, dependable care

Qualifications:

• Current Indiana CNA credential
• At least 1 year of CNA experience
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment
• A dependable, compassionate, patient-centered approach
