What You'll Do

As a CHHA, your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding as needed
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry
• Providing companionship and engaging in conversation
• Assisting with ambulation, mobility, and transfers
• Providing medication reminders
• Supporting clients with activities of daily living
• Providing compassionate care in accordance with each client's plan of care

Requirements

• Active New Jersey CHHA certification - required
• Current CPR certification - required
• Reliable transportation - required
• Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
• TB clearance documentation completed within the past 12 months, such as a PPD/TB skin test or QuantiFERON (QFT) blood test. Chest X-ray documentation may be accepted, as applicable, in accordance with agency requirements.
• Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
• Previous caregiving or home care experience is a plus

Please note that some client locations are not accessible by public transportation. Reliable transportation is required.

We are currently hiring CHHAs to serve clients in Warren County and the following areas:

• Robbinsville
• Trenton
• Hamilton
• Hightstown
• Windsor
• Cranbury
• Princeton Junction
• Dayton
• Plainsboro

Client locations vary, and additional opportunities may be available in surrounding areas. Applicants are encouraged to contact us to discuss assignments near their location.

What We Offer

• Competitive pay of $20–$21 per hour
• Weekly pay
