Are you a reliable, compassionate caregiver who enjoys helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes?

We're looking for Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and experienced home-care professionals to join our team and provide quality care to clients in Danbury and surrounding communities.

We have opportunities for caregivers looking for part-time or full-time work, flexible schedules, weekdays, weekends, daytime, evening, and overnight shifts.

What You'll Do

Depending on the client's needs, caregivers may assist with:

• Personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Mobility and transfers
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Light housekeeping and organization
• Laundry and errands
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and conversation
• Safety and fall-prevention support
• Following individualized care plans
• Communicating client updates to the care team

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for caregivers who are:

• Comfortable working with seniors
• Able to work independently in a client's home
• Strong communicators
• Able to follow individualized care plans

CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, or previous home-care/senior-care experience is a plus.
