About the Role: ComForCare Home Care - Contra Costa West is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to join our team in Orinda, CA! In this rewarding AM shift role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing essential in-home care and support. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation during morning hours
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
• Administer medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
• Transport or accompany clients to appointments or errands when required

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a home care aide, caregiver, CNA, or in a similar caregiving role preferred
• Reliable availability for AM shifts on a consistent schedule
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first attitude
• Ability to pass a background check and provide verifiable references
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a genuine desire to help others
