WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE

This is a full-time position, working 7 AM to 7 PM.

As our APRN - Registered Nurse, you'll travel within your service area, evaluating and treating patients in their assisted living home, nursing home, and our office, where you can fully understand their needs. You'll manage chronic conditions, address acute concerns, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless continuity of care.

What you'll do:

• See and manage patients in ALFs, nursing homes, and the clinic
• Provide wound care assessment and treatment
• Start and manage IVs
• Carry out the full range of APRN responsibilities on your own, with physician oversight available when needed
• Document visits accurately and on time
