Job Description: Resident Assistant (RA)
Location: Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care – Proctor, MN

Primary Responsibilities:

• Toileting and Bathing
• Dressing and Grooming
• Feeding Assistance 
• Management of Dementia related behaviors 
• Transfer and Mobility Assistance (including use of mechanical lifts)
• Medication administration and Treatments
• End of Life Cares

Other Responsibilities Include:

• Meal Preparation 
• Activities 
• Daily Housekeeping and Laundry

What You Bring

• MUST PASS a DHS background Study
• Being able to complete these tasks while providing a supportive and dignified environment in which our aging population can thrive.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration.  Exception: Individuals under the age of 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Schedule & Compensation

• Shifts: Flexible shifts, including 6:30AM – 2:30PM, with rotating weekends.
• Wages: Up to $20/hour based on experience, includes shift differential
